Techwiza had an interesting suggestion to add to our f200 raids, and I think i'll gather a few this weekend for a test run. The idea is to pull ql 250 Medusa mish :) This will have alot of benefits and ofc it's something new: very high ql miy's nano (up to maybe 300!) and other amazing loot that we will raffle + fun + a boss at the end. This will also be nice for those that are below lvl 200, cuz of the nice xp bonus! First of all though, i would like to know how u feel about this and if it's something u want to do? post here

That would be an interesting idea if it would be possible.

Medusa mobs only go to max ~225ish in the missions,
even then it's a matter of luck if you get any inside the particular mission you are doing.
You might get 2 floors of medusas in one mission, or you might do 4 missions only to get 1 medusa.

You might get lucky with the boss/add with 250 mission, but you won't see any other miy-type in them.

afaik, medusa's only pop up till about 220ish, and that gives about 260ish nano max, but its still a fun idea.

bet a 250 mission could get done though. just about every 250 i snuck through on my agent was either robots or human iirc. nothing too grand for loot, but could be a real interesting challange.

Well i've tested the medusa mishs and pulling one is a pain. However, the fact that they only go up to ql 225 is not worth arranging teams for. So i am sorry but it's back to the drawing board. That doesn't mean we can't still have fun tho, this weekend on saturday we're planning to kill some good old Juggernauts and maybe more depending on how many players we get. I hope to see ya guys there.

You could try blizzing RK missions with team. Have fixer pull a 225 or 250 mission, get two or three calmers, one doctor with UBT and a tank and a minestomper agent. Then calm-blizz through the mission. Calmers just run from room to room calming, Doc follows to give support, tank and agent loot all the chests. When facing interesting mobs tank steps in and team kills it.

With good team work it should be possible to clear a mission very quickly.

Different question is still how profitable it is.

Nice! What mob did that drop off of, a team mission boss or regular high-level medusa?

So in a > ql225 mission there won't ever be medusas? And here I thought people meant highest possible outdoor spawn when they talked about max levels, had no idea different NPC types had an upper level-limit in missions. Good to know, thanks.

Mission ql does not exactly equal mob ql, mobs vary a little, but not often by more than 5% of mission ql, usually lower. Running 200 missions I often found mobs between about 190 and 200 often, but sometimes I'd hit a 201-202, or as low as 180's, iirc. It has been quite some time since i've done that so things may have changed, or I've remembered wrong.

iirc, mission levels at 200 go 220-240-250, so maybe 240 missions will work. 220's might have a better chance at high medusa's, while a 240 might have a better chance of super-high miy's when it does drop.

Alright, it's time to keel something again. A few of our fellow raiders need something from general Kronillis so we gonna attempt to spawn him this Saturday at 6 p.m GMT. I would like if some of j00 can get online earlier so we can do a few PH kills. See you guys there! :)

It was good to see the new Froob200 in action. I got to see new raid leader, new tank and new doctor department in action. And it has much of the good old spirit and performance there. Getting two DB Generals in one raid is good feat by any standard. Flawless (AFK) tanking and good heal timings.

Old dogs BB, me and Techwiza still held our own. BB still seems to hold the King of the DPS title despite Carrion making advances. Techwiza is sometimes forgotten old timer, one of the original founding members really and it is always good to see him stand up. He is actually the last active one now that Lucier, Sfer, Artemix and me are (mostly) out.

Broylo was not on the Kronillis fight and Techwiza missed the Vivyan kill. And Carrion had little downtime on Kronillis fight. After the top killers there was quite big drop. Most solo setups lose lot of their performance in raids when high attack rating and weapon min damage becomes more important.
