It was a bumpy transition, but that's to be expected. I think I have all of the users and posts sorted out now. Let me know if you find any other issues.

I quite like the new site, the colour scheme is great with the black and orange and the logo looks good. The big smileys windows on the right when making a post is nice and useful too :)
The main thing I miss though is the recent posts list on the main page. Searching the forum now for what happened in the past night is a pain, I have to check every subforum seperately.
Another thing I noticed, but I guess that will be fixed, I have to log in again before making a new post, even though I selected to remember my status after logging in. Probably some error in the cookie.
Last thing... but I may just not have been able to find it even though it's there... where do I find my profile info with signature and avatar and timezone settings etc? My avatar is now a different size than before and it looks weird so I want to change it :)

and omg you changed the ':P' smiley :(

While the theme looks awsome (black and orange), the functionality seems dimished. I do miss some of the "old" stuff, like the list of new posts, the page with the skill chart and the quick loading times. But since the change is just one day old, i expect you'll fix them soon.

All in all, =D>

PS. Could i display less smilies on the right of my screen? I feel like i'm looking at one of those annoying pop-ups :)

As I'm typing this, BBCode seems to have been disabled and also the ugly block of smilies have disappeared (hooray!).

The starry background lags my screen when I scroll, so I have to resort to using Adblock to block the background (lol!).

I like it. :) The new look will take a bit of getting used to I think but it gets a thumbs up from me. Nice work!

Yeah I'm a creature of habit and the black/liiiight grey contrast of the v2 skin is confusing hell out of my simple mind.

Any way to set it to the classic style? The classic style was also better fit to pretend to other people that you were looking
at something serious (grey scheme, black letters etc). The new one shows on the first glance that I am looking at something
unsound.

Is it possible to add scheme options? new scheme... classic scheme etc...

Regards.

Hm.. that made it look a bit more candid... thanks for the hint ^^;

Edit: Able to edit posts now. Weird.

@Accomplice: Looks quite bright now without the background. ^^

"User Control Panel" at the top left when you are in forum interface. :P

About the looks: rather nice, but I feel like I still have to get used to them.

And I also found something that should be fixed. If you click a link someone posted it opens in the same page/tab as you were browsing the forum. It used to open in a different tab. I could hold CTRL while clicking to solve it, but it would be nicer if I don't have to do that

And lol: under that huge amount of smilies there still is a buton reading "View more smilies" :D

Well it's too early for me to say if I like it or not. However, so far it looks great. Hopefully some of the things the old site had will be back. I found myself referring to the skill chart quite often sometimes since I always leave at least one browser tab open to Aofroobs.com.

Anyway I still got a bit of browsing around to do and play with a few settings...so I'll be back later if I need to complain ;)

the new layout is horrible - the above is required as a link on the front page. the grey on black stuff i find extremley painful to look at, and reading slabs of text streches right across the screen, requiring me to resize the browser window for comfort each time. would love to see a move back to the old board which was actually functional.

edit: woo screen width shrunk now that the avatars are there

I thought I went to the wrong place when I see the logo. :D

Overall appearance is ok except the white background is too glaring for my sensitive vision.

Also, the scrolling is not smooth now.

Great smilies selection.

The recent posts on the home page is sorely missed. The search workaround doesn't cut it.

Don't let the skills chart die! It's by far the easiest to read, best-looking skills chart, and I've seen that linked in more than a few places - official forums, auno.org comments, etc. Now all those links are broken.

Everything else is nice, though having avatars on the right is a bit odd.

Sorry, but I really, really preferred the previous interface.

Apart from anything else, in my timezone it's quite dark enough outside, without having a black interface here.
