Well, I just did my best to redress the balance, but it looks like those with a sense of humour are well ahead at the moment. Results currently are:

Shop? 0%

Street? 29.4117647059%

Skip? 70.5882352941%

Possibly Snarf needs to round the percentages displayed?

Finally, I am not sure how the search is meant to work? If I put anything in the search box, nothing gets returned. If I press serach with nothing in the box, I get (after a while) a very long list of what looks like every item in the game, and I can choose from that.

Made sure you didn't have a typo or maybe the search is hanging up on something how you have it typed otherwise. My search actually brought up every instance of grid armor in every state cause I searched "grid armor" and it worked fine.

Also make sure you click on the search button. Tried a few more searches and all came back fine "bau cyber" "symbiotic" & "carbonum" all brought up lists of the correct armors. But it seems you have to click on the search button. If you type your search terms and hit the enter key nothing is brought up. Hope maybe that's the problem.

You don't like the accuracy???? :)... ok, guess I'll look into some rounding then.

Yes, you are right Boinky, thanks. You have to click the search button, not just press enter. Why would that be?

omnilynx wrote:I really like this idea, but the shop food thing isn't nearly as important as the street thing to me. I can never figure out how much I can expect to get for something on the street, since I can't use playershops, etc. It'd be nice if we could input how much we sold something for. That way we could just look it up in-game and get a price estimate, very easy.

thats a good idea too. but since shop channel prices can change over time, put something in there where only the last 3-6 months of street value inputs are calculated.

thats a pretty nice idea gratz Snarf!
I think that even without th ql of items its still a pretty nice tool, were u can
check if something is rare or not and then go for a auno search or not.
I tought this was the primary function of it (at least for me that even playing
for so long always end up selling good stuff to shops  ).

At some point in time we'll be adding a "Notes" section, where we can put in anything special about the item. For example, "Soul Fragments" are only valuable on the street when they are QL190+. We couldn't do all QL's because could you imagine how many database entries that would be... 200 x 50,000+ items.

I would suggest adding a "Keep" category along with Shop/Street/Skip.
This is for items that are either NODROP (duh) or are useful, e.g. Nova Dillon, unless you already have.
War doesn't determine who's right,
it determines who's left.
